Return Process

  Log in to your Machenike account and submit a return request through the 'My Orders' section, providing your order number and reason for return.

  Technical Inspection

  Our support team will review your request and may ask for photos or video of the device to confirm its condition before issuing a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your device in its original box and attach the provided shipping label, ensuring all cables, manuals, and promotional items are included.

  Verification and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
